Jakers

Yesterday, I put on some socks before going to get Jake dressed.  When I kneeled down next to him, he looked at my socks and then got really close and touched them.  "I want to wear those socks",  he said.  I had another pair just like the ones I was wearing, so I got them out for him.  He wore them all day.

Marley has several Little Mermaid dolls.  We have hidden all of them in her closest because Jake is scared of them.  I opened Marley's closet the other day to get some clothes out for her.  Jake saw the dolls, pointed at them and said, "I don't like those, mommy!  They make me sick."
