Croquet

This was taken about a month ago when our grass was still the pretty winter lawn.  Summer grass here is just not that pretty, but I guess it's better than nothing.

 We love to play croquet.  The kids kind of do their own thing.  They don't have the patience to wait their turn or follow the rules, but they love to hit the ball.  I think they also like to watch Jared & I tease each other and try to beat each other at the game.

Miki.  She lived with us for most of January and stays with us a day or so out of every week.  The kids especially love it and get really excited when they see her car parked at our house.  Jared & I have had many more date nights than we have ever had before thanks to her. :)
