Happy Mother's Day to me
For those of you who know me well, have lived with me, been a missionary with me, etc. know that I have issues with directions and navigation. In Milwaukee people would always tell me that directions were easy "East is towards the lake". Did they know that you can't SEE the lake unless you are right up next to it? How is that supposed to help me? I have to say that I have been MUCH better since moving to Phoenix. I like to contribute that to me gaining some skill but I really know that it's because Phoenix is just an easy city to learn. Well despite the fact that I'm getting better, Jared decided that it would be helpful for me to have a GPS and we really aren't in the market for a new car :) So, for mother's day this is what I got. I love it! As you can see, you can even check the weather and movie times. My life just got a lot easier. Thank you honey!

ReplyDeleteDerek loves his gps! We use it all the time, when we went to disneyland it was great.
ReplyDeleteI love our GPS, when we went to Disneyland it was great. We didn't have to wander through the streets and look like tourists.
ReplyDeleteyeah, I was defiantly not Heidi-challenged with directions... I remember those times! But I did get a GPS and it is just the best thing ever!! I love it even just finding someones house in our ward.

ReplyDeleteCool gift! We have navigation in one of our cars so its kind of annoying when we are in the other w/out it. I'm so glad you had a great weekend at the park w/ your hubby and Marley! I love her bathing suit--so cute!
