Ski Trip!
We took full advantage of Jared's nice rotation this month and didn't waste time. His usual (since he started residency in June) has been 13 hour days and overnight call every 4th day. Last month he was studying for the ABSITE and would come home to eat and then study until bed. He's supposed to have 2 Sunday's off a month, but it's been more like 1 if we're lucky. So the reason I tell you all this??? I am so happy to have a month of 10 hour days Mon-Fri! :)
Jared joined me on the church youth ski trip. We stayed at a cabin Friday night and then hit the slopes early Saturday morning.
One thing she started to do while we were gone: not sit, but STAND on her Elmo Car. She has no fears.

Jared's parents were nice enough to drive up from Hereford, AZ to stay with Marley.

ReplyDeleteOh, that looks like a lot of fun! You two are too funny :). That is great that you got more time w/ Jared. It is nice when you see them more than a few minutes a day, I agree.
