Christmas with the Ogao's

Miki's dog, Shay, had puppies and have been living at Mom & Dad Ogao's.

Marley thought she had died and gone to heaven. Despite what these pictures show, she mostly ignored the puppies and wanted to see Shay. I think she prefers white dogs.

Mommy tried to talk her into liking the puppies and told her that maybe we could take one home, but all Marley wanted was Shay.

As a side note Shay was pretty hyper---not my idea of the perfect dog and probably why Marley was so fascinated by her.






What can I say, the Rands are obsessed with pictures of themselves. They do manage to make some pretty crazy faces...

The Rand's drove down from Tucson to join us. Maile (age 4, pictured top right) was especially attentive to Marley and even gave her a stuffed lion when when we left. Thank you Maile! The 3 youngest Ogao grandchildren are Marley, Maile, and Malea--talk about confusion! Nobody can keep them straight. When we were picking out names to name Marley I really liked the name Leigha. Jared "vetoed" it because of Aleigha (pictured bottom left) he said it was just too close. I really don't think Marley was much better!
